The above service is free and available to all Fenchurch Insurance clients, this acts as an introduction to Havio Health & Safety Consultants. It is a free service for you to use should you have any Health and Safety related questions or concerns. Information on our full Competent Source of Advice Service, which is a paid for annual subscription, can be seen below: 

Competent Source of Advice – The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 Section 7 specifies that you must appoint someone competent to help you comply with your H&S duties. This person must have the required skills, knowledge, and experience to fulfil the role. We take the hard work out of it to provide practical, reasonable, and objective advice to ensure you comply. Services include:

  • Provision of an annual CSA certificate

  • Access to H&S factsheets, tools, and full suite of templates that can be implemented across your business

  • Acts as an aid for SSIP requirements

  • Dedicated account manager who will predominantly act as your single point of contact
